  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

    Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

  • Free Shipping

    Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

    Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

    Return Process:

    Contact our customer service at dehenpartyhampers@gmail.com to initiate a return.

    Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days using your original payment method.

  • Our hampers come pre-packed with everything you need, offering a choice between the Naughty and Nice packages. Customisations are not available at this time.

  • Simply choose between the Naughty or Nice hamper on our website, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

  • Due to the personal nature of the items, returns and exchanges are only available if a product is faulty. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
